Hotel Lloyds Baia, located near Vietri sul Mare - Amalfi Station, promises a beautiful stay with its stunning architecture. However, for guests who require special assistance due to disabilities, the hotel falls short in several areas.

Upon arrival, we were allocated two rooms, including room 432, which unfortunately was not accessible. The shower head and control had a mind of their own, making it difficult to use the facilities comfortably. Rust fell into the tray each time you showered, and the seat was stuck at an angle, making it impossible to sit.

Furthermore, when attempting to open the window, we were met with a pitch black space that appeared to be a water tank. The second room across the corridor was accessible, but this raised questions about the hotel's commitment to accessibility.

For wheelchair users, the hotel's design poses significant challenges. The buzzer is out of reach, and the ramp is not always down, making it difficult for guests to enter their rooms. Additionally, the door is locked, which further complicates matters.

While once inside, the lifts take you everywhere you need to go, accessing reception becomes a challenge due to the lack of an accessible entrance. A wooden ramp leads through a side door, but this does not provide a direct path to the reception desk.

Despite these issues, Hotel Lloyds Baia offers various amenities for its guests. Some of these include hotels with laundry facilities, air conditioning, swim-up bars, outdoor pools, and hot tubs. Additionally, pet-friendly accommodations are available at an affordable price.

In conclusion, while Hotel Lloyds Baia has some beautiful features, it falls short in terms of accessibility for disabled guests. Potential visitors should be aware of these limitations before booking their stay.
